This educational forum aims to teach participants an approach to the treatment of children with stone disease through a case-based approach with an expert panel. This session will also highlight the unique differences between the treatment of stones in children and adults, while also discussing the current gaps in knowledge.
As a result of attending this session, participants will be able to:
1. Formulate an individualized treatment algorithm for children with stone disease
2. Describe the different approaches for optimizing ureteral access for ureteroscopy including the surrounding controversies
3. Describe an approach to the surveillance of children with stone disease including the trends in metabolic workup
